1. Order Acceptance
By placing an order with PrintBFF, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing, product description, or unavailability of stock. If your order is cancelled for any reason, your payment will not be charged.
2. Payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping. Payment must be completed at the time of order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
3. Production & Fulfillment
• Custom items are made to order. Production begins once payment is confirmed.
• Lead times vary by product; we’ll notify you when your order is ready to ship.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.
4. Shipping & Delivery
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
• International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs fees.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
• Because our products are custom-made, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos showing the issue. A replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion once the item is returned to us.
6. Product Customization
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate text, logos, or artwork for customization.
• PrintBFF is not liable for errors in submitted artwork or text.
7. Intellectual Property
• All designs, logos, and content on PrintBFF are the property of PrintBFF or our partners.
• You may not use our designs, logos, or content for commercial purposes without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
• PrintBFF is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your order or use of our products.
9. Changes to Terms
• PrintBFF reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
